Per il prelievo di sangue è obbligatoria la prenotazione telefonica
Il centro prelievi del Laboratorio Centrale di Bolzano è aperto al pubblico dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 07:00 alle ore 10:30. In questo lasso di tempo vengono eseguiti, esclusivamente dopo prenotazione telefonica, i prelievi di sangue, la consegna di campioni di urina, feci o una combinazione delle tre richieste. Vi preghiamo di telefonare per l’appuntamento nei giorni lavorativi da lunedì a venerdì tra le ore 08:00 e le ore 16:00 al numero telefonico 0471 100 100 oppure online sanibook.asdaa.it. Sono accettate solo le prestazioni di laboratorio prescritte (in forma dematerializzata o su ricetta rossa) da un medico del Servizio sanitario pubblico o da un medico privato con ricetta bianca. Vi informiamo inoltre che le persone che arrivano in ritardo (max. 15 minuti) presso il nostro centro prelievi non possono più essere accettate. Nel caso in cui l’utente prenotato dovesse arrivare in ritardo, deve prenotare un nuovo appuntamento per un altro giorno. Non possiamo fare alcuna eccezione, poiché l’accettazione di utenti ritardatari causerebbe una alterazione della corretta pianificazione dei restanti prelievi programmati.
Vi preghiamo di arrivare presso il nostro centro prelievi 5-15 minuti prima dell’orario del Vs appuntamento.

Consegna campioni
I pazienti senza prenotazione per un prelievo di sangue possono consegnare il campione urine in segreteria da lunedì a venerdì dalle ore 10.30 alle ore 12.00, mentre tutti gli altri campioni (feci, tamponi, spermiocolture et al) possono essere consegnati da lunedì a venerdì dalle ore 10.30 alle ore 16.00.

18.09.2023 Aspirati midollari e le biopsie osteomidollari
A partire dal 18.09.2023 per cambiamenti organizzativi gli aspirati midollari e le biopsie osteomidollari nonché le biopsie del grasso periombelicale non verranno più eseguiti dai medici del laboratorio centrale ma dai medici della divisione di Ematologia e trapianto di midollo osseo.
28.08.2023 Determinazione IgA salivari
A partire dal 28.08.2023 le IgA salivari non verranno più determinate nel nostro laboratorio, ma i campioni verranno inviati al nostro laboratorio di riferimento a Bergamo. Almeno 1 ml di saliva deve essere raccolta in un contenitore sterile senza conservanti con tappo a vite. La determinazione delle IgA avviene tramite metodica immunonefelometrica ed il referto sarà disponibile dopo sei giorni lavorativi.
27.02.2023 Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM)
Il Laboratorio Centrale di Patologia Clinica ha ulteriormente ampliato il panello TDM. Mediante spettrometria di massa (LC-MS/MS), siamo in grado di misurare su siero anche i seguenti neurolettici: brexpiprazolo, cariprazina e lurasidone. Per il dosaggio di questi farmaci è necessario un campione di siero (provetta tappo rosso/nera senza gel). Come per tutte le prestazioni di laboratorio, anche la richiesta di dosaggio di questi farmaci, deve essere inserita in modo informatico nel gestionale del Laboratorio.
31.01.2023 Esame urine e sedimento urinario
In data 31.01.2023, in seguito all’aggiudicazione della nuova gara d’appalto, la strumentazione per l’esame urine e sedimento urinario è stata sostituita. La strumentazione in uso fino ad ora, Autionmax e Sedimax (Menarini), è stata sostituita con la serie UN della ditta Dasit. La nuova serie UN è composta da un analizzatore UC per le strisce reattive per l’esame chimico-fisico delle urine, da un citofluorimetro UF per il sedimento urinario e da un modulo automatico UD per l’analisi di immagini digitali sempre per il sedimento urinario. Le prove di verifica del nuovo metodo dimostrano che i due metodi non sono confrontabili. L’esame urine non è pertanto confrontabile con i referti antecedenti a questa data. In occasione dell’installazione della nuova strumentazione in tutti i laboratori dell’Azienda Sanitaria dell’Alto Adige è stato uniformato il referto dell’esame urine, in accordo alle linee guida vigenti.
20.01.2023 Ricerca droghe d’abuso nelle urine (screening) ed etilglucoronide (ETG)In data 20.01.2023, in seguito alla nuova gara d’appalto, la strumentazione per la ricerca delbrle droghe d’abuso nelle urine e su matrice cheratinica (screening) e per il dosaggio dell’etilglucoronide (ETG) nelle urine, è stata aggiudicata di nuovo alla ditta Werfen con lo strumento Taurus. Le prove di verifica del metodo hanno dimostrato un’ottima sovrapposizione dei risultati con lo strumento precedente ed il referto non è stato modificato.
